Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Mochi. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SuyoDev LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mochi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Mochi is a no-code data platform that allows users to create structured tables, build dashboards, and publish landing pages. We offer free and paid subscription tiers. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
To use most features of Mochi, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@suyodev.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Mochi only for lawful purposes. You must not: upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the platform to transmit spam or malicious code; scrape or extract data from the platform without permission; or resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Mochi. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes beyond operating the platform.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@suyodev.com for refund requests. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Free Plan Limitations
The free plan is provided as-is without service level guarantees. We may modify free plan limits at any time. Inactive free accounts (no login for 12+ months) may be subject to data archival or deletion after notice.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your data after 90 days.
9. Disclaimers
Mochi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not liable for any data loss, and we strongly recommend maintaining your own backups using our export functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuyoDev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mochi. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Mochi after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must stop using the platform.
